The Town of Mosheim is committed to the principles of competition and fairness, as well as ensuring its' citizens receive the best value for all expenditures. It is the Town's intent  to promote an open, free market when soliciting bids and proposals for the purpose of public procurement. Submitted bids will be given fair and equal consideration and are solicited, evaluated, and awarded on a non-discriminatory basis. All selection decisions made on behalf of the Town will take into consideration such factors as price, quality, past performance, and workload. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in a bid received and to accept any bid which it determines to be for the best interest of the Town.
