The Police Department is located at 230 Main Street in Mosheim. At the present time, there are no set office hours for the police department. As with the fire department, 911 will dispatch the police department to any calls within the town limits. To contact the police department, call 423-422-7666 and leave a voicemail.

The Town currently has a chief and three officers who are employed full-time. All other officers are employed part-time.

The Town has a 4 hour driving school that costs $50 and can be scheduled on dates below by calling 423-422-4051. The Town also has an 8 hour school held quarterly which costs $100.
